Fashion is not Dumb
A conversation with Jon Pitt about how fashion is a form of art, communication, and love
Hey Hey,
Well, it’s warming up, and the novel coronavirus situation is quickly improving, which means you might actually end up leaving your home and interacting with real humans. Maybe it’s time to start caring about how you look again? Perhaps you should pull out those suave pants and dope shoes that have been quarantined in your walk-in closet. Even if you don’t care about fashion, you still want to look presentable, right? Right? RIGHT? Okay, fine. I guess you can stick to your rotation of three Adidas sweatpants bought-from-Costco. Whatever makes you feel good.
Today, we have a recorded conversation with Jon about fashion and why it matters to him. Jon is an artist and entrepreneur based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. You can follow Jon @JONPFOREVER on IG and Twitter. Check out his clothing line: withoutendclothing.com. We discuss how we met, laugh about high school memories, and why fashion may not be so dumb. Plus, here’s a video we made together in 6th grade, which Jon cites as technically his first foray into building a fashion brand. Click the link below to listen!
